enchanted weapons cost hundreds or thousands of credits to restore depending how much magika it has. ive once seen on the loading screen that there a stone or a shrine that can restore my weapons without payment. where can i find this stone/shrine?

there are soul gems you can cast soul trap on something and kill it and you will...catch its soul, then use the gem on your weapon
or there are varla stones, you can find them in some ayleid ruins, they are pointier than wylkend stones and have a black...casing, ill call it
