I searched for the patch on google, but I really cant find it.
All I get is links to WoW patch 2.1.0

after apply the patch just paste the crack nocd for re4 1.10 hope that help

Thats what I did when my game got messed up.
But I've heard that the US version of the game have the patch included from the beggining, is that true?
And would my savefiles from the EU version with with the US version?

I don't have that kind of problem. I live in the US and I got the US version and it is V1.1 but it seem to be working fine and the Europe Trainer V1.1 seems to be working perfectly with the US V1.1..... will....
My System:
RAM: 2 GB (Gigabyte)
Processor: Intel Dual Core E7200 (4.4 Ghz)
Hardrive: 320 GB (Internal Secondary), 40 GB (Internal Primary), and a 250 GB (External Hardrive)
Video Card: Nvidia GeForce 8600GS (PCI)
Sound Card: Xi-Fi Sound Blaster V2.0

are your game Biohazard 4 (i have that) or Resident Evil 4 cause their same games their like twins but one is bit diffrent cuz Biohazard 4 dosent have easy version and Biohazard4's Grafics are abit lower.Try installing the Texture Patch 2.01 i installed it on my Biohazard 4 and it worked well.
