To give you the exact location i would have to look on the game now but im at a mates house and he hasnt even got a ps2.
Its not too far from your gas-station save point in Doherty.
Pretty much inbetween there and a baseball field you may have seen before.
It's inbetween two buildings with a white wall around it about the size of CJ with an opening, cant miss it.
(sometimes it isn't there so keep going back to it)
If you still cant find it and need the exact location PM me or reply saying so and i'll put up how to get there step-by-step from tomorrow onward...

No, it's always there.
Well not always..
As i said, you have to keep looking until it re-spawns,
But yes it does always re-spawn there, even if you haven't gotten to San Fierro yet.
besides N1YTR0 there are a thousand buildings with a white wall around and that baseball field is really not in doherty so it must be a bit far away from that. i have searching the whole doherty with jet-pack and car and... everything i have searched the WHOLE!!! Area and didn't find anything so i need a exact location because the only place i found 2 buildings with white walls around were on the building place with the crane with a wrecker ball. so need the exact location. plz tell me i need u n00b!
