Hey,

It's been a while since I last played the game because I was annoyed with the ending, but I'll try my best

They're both in the Dwarven lands if I remember correctly.

One is 'In the Mountain'. It's basically at the bottom of a lift inside the area of the Dwarfs Booze Facility.

The last one is in a cave/mine. Outside the front are loads of fire beetles. Sorry I can be more clearer, been a long time

I hope at least some of this helps.

second forge is behind a fire barricade in the lower streets of heaven's peak.
third forge is in a dwarfen mine, called after the forge.

In the mointain with the lift (mountains name is brewery) you get the beer kettle.
