well, i dont know how to online battle,trade, and the nurse girl in pokemon center downstairs says i need a friend code, how do i make that?? i just got it. can any1 help plz?

if you mean pal pad, that is how you get your friend code [fc]. go to your key items, use your pal pad. and there are three options, click the one that says "check friend code" or something like that.
