im currently stuck on a mission and i cant get through this gate without piclocking it. i traveled back to Bruma and searched for Ongar at his house, and his hangout place (an inn or something). but i couldnt find him. anyone know where he had went? do u any other places where i can buy picklocks?

You could go to the dark brotherhood, abandon house, there is a guy down there who sells 100 lockpicks pretty cheap, also that guy may of gone to his house, try checking for him there.

any idea what his name would be? description?

join the thieves guild, the fence in bruma will sell 100 at a time his name has world weary or something like that, hes always tired

Im not sure anymore, i have passed the mission where i kill them all, he always seems fustraited at your presence, he hangs around the corner leading to the leader's room. I think he is a charmelion.

do the nocturnal shrine quest, just follow the road east of the place with an "L" and start it
