Help! I'm stuck on where I was supposed to confront Mister Smith after speaking to his wife Jenny Smith. I waited outside at night at 12 am but he never came out. How do I get him to go out??I want to complete this game soon!

Is there a call over function on psp? How do I do that? I have never come across that.
