Why you would use aimbots? because you cant win?

Oke, think in the other way. What do I wrong? And is this a good styl for me?

Too know what you do wrong, you must know what you play style is.
If you are better in sniper and you play as an assaulter, i can be good. But when you are an assaulter and play as a sniper. You miss the accuration!

What I would say: What do you like and what are you good points?
If you have patciente and a good aim. Be a sniper.
Are you aggresive and want the first, be an assaulter.

    Just think about it.

If you know it, you can look for what is wrong. To know this, yhe best way is to look to other players.
Observe serval players. Look to the good one but also too the 'other' bad ones, and you will see the differents.
Write it down on a paper and work on it!

Sorry for my bad english, I hope you understand it
