Hy i was woundering if u can fix the broken or fallen over stuff in my house, because i mean the house cost 5,000

Its quite simple really. The house you bourght is part of a quest. Just sleep in the bed and when you wake up you will be attacked by goasts. Go down steirs and their will be a broken pot with a hand and a note on the floor. Pick them both up and go to the inn. The inn keeper will tell you the owner has gone to imperial city. Go find him and he will come back with you to the house and he will help you kill this undead guy in the basment. When you come back out of the basement the house will be perfectly furnished!

what if that guys disposition is maxed and he still won't help you? i'm stuck on that quest b/c he won't agree to come back with me. i can't use my speechcraft b/c it says hes maxed! did i do something wrong? is this mayb a glitch? if you know what i can do to fix it please help
