After a short hiatus, Ive once again re-rolled another character. My pally was to be my new main, but my brother rolled a new character on a pvp server (Darkspear), with his best friend so I decided to follow along. This character is an undead mage by the name of ironspine and I absolutely love it! This is the first class I've rolled passed level 10 that I don't have to worry about tanking something, or healing anyone. On top of that, I took up herb/alch for the first time (all my other characters are eng/min) and its great. For once in my carrier I have a trade skill that not only offers utility but its cheap to level up. (although im still one hell of an engineering fanboy)

Mages simply own! Just learn to not aggro in instances cos of your sexy dps. Unfortunately some healers don't pay much attention to mages (my friend has a mage and we go to instances together).
Skinning/Leatherworking have to be the cheapest professions. I'm@260 and I haven't really spent much gold but I've surely made lots of it from the auction house.

Mages own until they face a shaman
Yeah having a DPS class is always fun, and you have only one responsibility: kill! Kill like you have no idea what life is!
I've specced my shaman to be a raw melee/shock DPS pumping machine, loaded with bombs and rockets to boot. Couple that with efficient totems everywhere and chain armor, and we have Rambo with green skin.

Yea i'd agree mages do own except I hate how much manna spells cost even playing a BE mage because of there manna tap (or sumthing) its still hard.

Well actually if you know how to play a mage you can own Shammans exspecially if you have a 80 mage with Pressence of Mind and Pyroblast then rest fire spec because if your facing a Enhancement shammy.

Frost Nova -> Pressence of Mind -> Pyro blast -> Then followed by some other moves (Fire blast, fire ball, dragons breath, etc.)
I'd say you could own a shammy because well mages can realy own any class.

To break stealth -> Frost Nova, Blast Strike (in fire tree cant remember name if im wrong) Cone of cold, Blizzard, and Arcane Explosion.
