The only way to stop these guys is to set up some kind of internet police to stinf them out and charge them...then you would see a decline I believe, but no matter what as long as the web exists these assh.o.l.e.s will be around

u know what I got a virus works like this
a shield like the windows shield will appear and will tell u that your pc got a spywars and it ask u if u wanna buy a virus programs and it's also download a trial version by it self and that's all because they want u to by their program
