OK, this is how you get the wallet.

First, you gotta get like, 20 gold skulltulas(i think that's how u spell it).

Then, you gotta go to kakariko village as an adult and go to the house on the first right when u go in throught the main entrance.

Go in and there's gonna be a whole bunch of spiders.Don't try to kill them. Talk to them and then you'll get the walle that holds like, 300 rupees.
