I press CTRL + SHifT + C and the box comes up so I type in Motherlode and press enter and then the box goes away and nothing happens i didnt get money or anything, my 2 sims only have 20,000 but they need more to move into one of the 2 houses ive built..help please

Have your sims move to a cheaper house, then use the cheat code and then move them to the house you have built

Yeah, it has to be in a house mode for that cheat to work, like you can't use it when you're viewing the neighborhood screen.

What I like to do is just move into an empty lot or like they said, a cheap house. Then you can use the motherlode code as many times as you like.

Then just move them into whichever house you can now afford

In the naibourhood screen do Cntrl + Shift+ C and if they wer called the johnston family for example type in familyfunds johnston 100000 and you will gey that amount of money you can do and number though its easier and quiker than goin into a lot and doin motherlode 💛
