soo, i'm pretty confused. i beat the gym leader in blackthorn city. but she won't give me my badge until i bring her back the dragon's fang from the dragon's den. but i can't figure out how to do that?

Just go to that cavern where the guy blocked you before and walk around there and you should find a poke ball containing the dragon's fang! Hope it helps!!!

Just search around and you will need whirlpool to get over the whirlpool.

yea, in the cave walk past the house thing and surf over to a small bit of land with the dragon fang on it
