as for the vampire thing, go and pray at the church altar to get rid of it before you fully become a vampire.
I think it's too late for that, I've already begun feeding on people as they sleep to survive a bit more during the day...alright I'm at the Imperial University trying to find this guy about a cure but the gates into the University are locked, how do you get them open so I can meet with the guy? Thanks...
Well, you will have to wait untill its light i think, or do all of the recommendation quests to be able to gain perminant access to the Arcaine university, talk to Raminus Polius about the uest and you will be sent to the count, be sure you havent done the main quest and closed all of the oblivion gates as the quest will not get finished, due to an annoying glitch.
Well I've tried it during the day so that's obviously not the problem...and what exactly are the recommendation quests 🤔
Okay, what you will have to do is, join the Mage's guils, in any guild hall, and you will be sent on quests around all of those guilds, one for each, do all of those and you will gain perminant access to the Arcaine universiy.
EDIT: If you go the Mages quorters at night (which is placed just outside) you should find him there.

Thanks for your help, it's funny I went back to Imperial University and I just sorta ran into him...
Turning into a vampire is pretty cool but I'd rather be able to walk around during the day, thanks again...
