to get to the other side of the island finish the mission of lance from zero to hero! (trust after that mission all of youre work is worth it! trust me!) and you cant get a cheat of a car driving on water but you can buy a car that drives on water after you finish lances from zero to hero! oh by the way the car that drives to water is located on youre safe house ^^
