What exactly do you need? I saw it and there are instructions about the hotkeys. Just start the trainer then start the game and hit the hotkeys.

Who needs one just put the trainer in your game folder and just turn it on before running the game (Which i seemed to be playing for 4 years but havent completeed yet!)because i didnt use cheats
