Bumping/reviving is no problem so long as its for a reason.

And I swear that's fake - ProStreet is meant to be Vista eclusive. Prolly has NFSMW or U2 in there instead of PS. And most likely it would cost a fair bit more than $40.

Vista > XP. I should know.

XP > Vista. I should know... seriously... vista is by far the worst OS created by Microsoft up to date (for the technology we had when each were made) XP is much faster, easier to use, nags MUCH less, and many other nameless reasons. I bet you I can find a crack for the game to let me play it on XP... Vista is still too new, and still buggy, even if it's been out for almost a year. I don't really trust it yet, even if it has a bunch of pretty cool features, like window scrolling, nice icons, a more active taskbar clock just to name a few. Don't say "your saying this because you didn't try it" cause I DID try it... I found it pretty cool and sleek, but it was pretty slow, and had outrageous system requirements. but bleh, wish it was for XP earlier you said it was for both but now you take it back?

Due to such advanced graphics, I'm going to safely conclude it a Vista exclusive. Halo 2's graphics aren't mindblowing but it was still branded a Vista exclusive, seeing as Vista is more capable of handling the most advanced graphic cards. So i'm more than confident of my statement.

When Vista first came out, agreed, the only thing good about it was the Windows Aero graphical user interface. But seeing as people choose to stick by their first impressions, the general consensus is Vista FTL. Little do they know of Windows Update, which constantly upgrades and quickens Vista. Aero is slicker than ever, NOD32 has not let me down yet and IE7 is responding faster than ever.

And one more thing, Vista DOES NOT have outrageous requirements. It requires a minimum 1.5GHz CPU, at least 128MB of GPU and 1GB RAM. And those requirements matched perfectly with my aging 4 year-old laptop, which was designed for XP in the first place. It has never let me down.

Not trying to start a flame-war, but I think I may have just silenced your argument here. Now, let's get back to ProStreet.

rofl... windows update caused me so many problems on XP it's ridiculous... Microsoft really is ****ing me off now anyways... I've had messages about "your copy of windows is not genuine" and stuff (fixed) but I'm not gonna buy a new copy of windows just because you say I didn't buy it from future shop... it IS a genuine copy and I'm sure of it. now I can't even update anything at all, and I can't get the latest version of IE (wouldnt want it anyways) or Windows Media Player. I can't even watch any videos on my computer anymore because of it. it's ridiculous.

I'm still not conviced about vista, but my comp is still way too slow for it... it's like 7-8 years old anyways. specs : 564MB RAM, 2.56ghz pent 4 processor, 128MB ATI vid card, a really REALLY bad sound card (integrated with motherboard) and it's damn loud.

I suggest a nice new Alienware PC. Check their site for the stats: [url]www.alienware.com'>Link. Not that expensive either.

And now's the perfect time to do it as well. I have the feeling that all games from now on are going to be aimed towards Vista, and not XP. If they do so for XP, it will demand very high system requirements. Whereas Vista demands good stats from the get-go, so its all good.
