partisapate in contests with poeple around the world with wi-fi or see poeple underground with wi-fi i dont have wi-fi but im just wondering

I know you definatley can play people around the world in wi-fi, but im not sure about the second one.

yea u can. but do u need a device or somethin to ge wi-fi? i mean do u need to put something in ur ds?

I have wi-fi, and i'm pretty sure you can't do either one.

no chuy_jr you just need to have open wi-fi wherever you are, your DS is already set up with it

No no..Your supposed to have Whenever you use wi-fi You have to do this:

1.Have a link cable Hooked from your DS to your computer
2.Log on in Nintendowfc.com
3.Turn on your DS
4.Start up the Diamond/Pearl game
5.Go into a pokemon center
6.Go downstairs
7.Talk to either The far left person or the middle person
8.talk to either one say yes then you go into the door
9.Ta-da!you have your Friend code
10.Check your Pal pad for your Friend code its says (your name here)'s Friend code

There all done and thats how you Get your Friend Code!

To go on wi-fi after you get your FC, go on wi-fi hook up your Nintendo wi-fi USB connector, or register your connection adress at the game's title screen, go downstairs and you're online

you can only battle/trade people who you have exchanged FCs with
