i am wondering when u can kill lao shan lung and when u get the urgent quest for kirin at the village chief and also when u have done all quests can u go to the town of hunters? or doesn't it excist, because since i saw the town on the film i thought u could go there

Clear all village quests

Kirin:
Clear lvl 5* and it comes once every 4 quests I think.
