Premium members may REQUEST new trainers and cheats using our request system as long as the game has not been permanently retired or multiplayer only in nature. The term you are looking for is 'avatar', now to change it look at your username in bold letters on the left of your screen, to the bottom right of that it has two options, click on the one that says 'edit profile and then click on the bit at the top that says select avatar and click on what ever avi you would like.
