i apologise for going way off topic here. but neo..maybe the founders could develop a system similar to the live support for complaints.

and on the screen where the member would be typing the complaint, you could post a notice telling not to send complaints about simple things like double/triple posting and/or bumping unless a certain user has done these things repeatedly

Sounds nifty. But GameFaqs is a larger site than CHU, therefore required to have an easier way to file and deal with complaints.

I am thinking that the Founders are anticipating an increase in site activity, therefore making the Live Support.
