I'm just fried! This is my first strategy game, and it's fun, but I've messed up all ready!

The 2nd time you go to Traverse town, you're supposed to show the Navi-G piece to Cid, he tells you to deliver a book to Merlin, then you go up the bell tower and win the level. Cool.

Unforunately, I opened Merlin's door LONG ago, and he just hangs around and lets me practice magic. So, when I finished Tarzan and showed Cid the Navi-G piece, he INSTEAD said, "Oh, that's one of two of them, go find the other piece and then I'll help you."

There was no mention of delivering a book, no more dialogue happens with Merlin, the fairy Godmother doesn't recognize that I have the Earthshine stone, no more cutscenes happen with Riku, and I can't get to the Red trinity on top of the bell tower (they're behind boxes) to win the level. NOTHING. My story has just STOPPED COLD!

And it all seems to depend on me finding the OTHER Navi-G piece.....trouble with that is that according to every walkthrough I've read, the other Navi-G piece is the prize for winning the level.....

So it just goes in one big circle!

Can anyone help, please?! Where do I go to the get the second Navi-G piece? Anyone?

Hey Ya'll....I found the answer, finally! It only took me 3 days of being stuck.

I thought I had beaten the Trickmaster in Wonderland, but apparently I hadn't. So, anyway, it was the one spot I didn't check. I went back, beat him easily, and that gave me the other Navi-G piece! Hallelujah!

I know I saw my same question posted a couple of other times, so I hope this helps people.

If you are told to get the other Navi-G piece, you probably need to finish Alice in Wonderland.
