I've tried to look it up several times but because I can't seem to find what I can do here. I can't get past the psyduck on route 210. I think the problem was I beat the guy in front of the safari zone before I had 4 gym badges. I have 4 now but I already talked to the girl and at the time I didn't know I was supposed to get a scecret potion, I checked my items and it's not there, and when I talk to psyduck it just says they aren't moving like always so I assume she didn't give me the potion. I checked her house and she wasn't there, so I don't know how to progress? Thanks a lot.

On route 213 you will run into a women in black called Cynthia.She give you the secret potion.Go back to route 210 and give it to the psyducks.Then she'll meet you after you give it to them a give a old charm to give to a old lady in Celestic Town.Hope this helps!
