Where the hell do i get the card key or something to opens those doors!!!!

I think its the fifth floor, and theres a warp pad right next to a thin gap between two walls, go on the warp pad and it'll take you somewhere, then step back onto it, then go down the thin gap and get the card key, this'll let you open doors. Go through all the doors and try out the warp pads, eventually you'll find one that leads to Gary and some other guy who gives you a Lapras, then carry on to Giovanni.
