When you get the Black Suited Spider-man at the begining of the Sandman mission, pause the game and go to playable characters. Click on the Black Suited Spider-man and it will say that you haven't unlocked him jet, but when you click on the regular one it will say that you're already playing as he. Isn't this stupid?
