i hav 2 get the sword bak from that wraith thing but it always slaugters me cause of the fatigue curse so is ther any way 2 get rid of the curse and any tips on how 2 get the sword bak

If I remember the shield has relect magic. You can try to reflect that spell.

Oh, sorry I forgot that the sword has that abillity. Get a fortify fatigue spell and cast it.

to beat this guy i just charged in with my mace of the crusader. make sure thats its got a decent charge in it tho. It should destroy it in no time (i killed him first time doing this!)

When i did this quest i had completed the thieves guildline quest. Allowing the blade of woe have a direct damage to health enchant with other enchants. I had 100 endurance and strength. So this made the quest a bit easier.
Tips:For me, when this wraith was something i couldn't fight(ran out of pots) I would jump into the pond near by. as the water does not allow spells in and the wraith usually hovers over the water, but sometimes it glitches and he follows you into the water. So just make sure you save before you encounter this ghost. If it does glitch, try loading the previous save.
