The gap in East LA (Got Wind 2). Do not understand what you have to do its the last gap until i 100

i have no idea which gap i just know it is called (got wind 2). does anyone have any ideas where it is and how to do it.

hmm, i think its the one where u have to go on a rooftop and jump onto another rooftop..not quite sure since there are many of them.
