Alright, I admit, this is a tad pointless. But has anyone the idea of where you can buy the house that is for sale? I cannot find anyone to buy it from.

try the counts and countesses but in skingrad you need to talk to the butler. but the counts are in the castles

But in Anvil you need to ask Velyvin Benerus(or something like that). He is usually at the Count's Arms. After you buy it you must do a quest to make it liveable.
