i try to run the game under windows vista ultimate, the game loads, but when the intro video take its action, the game will crash. To fix these problem, i remove all vp6 video file just in case its working...now you can go.
However, you need bunch of big memory to run faster on vista.

vista is a n00bish operating system. so, why the fudge did you get vista?! downgrade ur computer to XP, and be happy with XP! Also, i heard that on May 29th the first service pack for VISTA is going to come out. I doubt it though, cuz it was under the category of rumours, so don't get all high and mighty about it.
