I have completed the game with all pokemon but when i go to the pokemon league it just sayes that lorrile (sorry for spelling its the ice trailer in the league) is away please tell me were she is. She isnt in the ice cave by the was ive already done that

if she isn't in her house, then go into the Ice Cave on the same island, and you'll find her up the waterfall (first you'll have to get HM 07 in here)

Ive Got Mewtwo have You Completed the game because if you have can you go to the pokemon league and see if a lady is standing in the front of the neterance after the pokemon league and mart place? i really want to go in the pokemon league

I haven't beaten that tower thing on one of the islands, or filled my pokedex completely, I only have 160-something pokemon.
