after i beat the pokemon league i went 2 the cave were mewtwo is in cerulean city and the guy in front of the cave says u have 2 beat the pokemon league and you would have 2 make a great achivement. if u kno wat it is plz help me!!!!!

I dont really get the Special Acheivment thing but he should just let you in.
