It is an expansion pack that is only downloadable through xbox live,(about 2300 ms points) unless you have a pc you can buy it on that platform for about £20, not bad.

When you buy it a new gate near Bravil will appear and after you kill the gatekeeper can start the Shivering Isles quest. And I told you people that there is a board for Shivering Isles, so don't post Shivering Isles related questions here.
