I would recommend using the no-cd fix of 1.2 with your Steam version and see if that works. You can download it at gameburnworld . com or megagames . com.

I guess this is the place to ask... If I have trouble with my keyboard not wanting to use like f2 f3 f4 and such in a game, could it be the keyboard's fault? I can't change it for some reason, it don't want to recognize my old keyboard. :S I can't get the trainer to work and just became a member :/

Some keyboards have a "F-Lock" key which enables and disabled the function keys.

Unfortunately that was my only suggestion for the Steam version. They obviously changed things in the .exe or .dlls for the Steam version which moved all the memory addresses around that the trainer options are looking for.
We don't have the Steam version to try and test or debug anything. Usually the no-cd will work on those versions but I guess they changed even more on this particular game. Sorry.

I want the 1.2 trainer for Medieval 2. I don't really want to pay for the site. However I will pay for the trainer. I'm not joining every website I have to visit on the web. Is that really what its coming to? I mean you do have a great website. Are you figuring out ways to milk people for money?

I actually resent that statement. We provide services and exclusive content to our paying members. We invest money and resources into creating 50-100 custom cheats every year (like this Medieval 2 trainer) on top of all the publicly created cheats that we hunt down and host every single day. The majority of the content on our website is free but we go above and beyond to provide additional content to those members that purchase a membership and provide us the income necessary to survive. We're not 'milking' anyone for anything.
