well, u'd have to play as Leon if u have played it first time round...so finish off that game and u'll be able to unlock stuff and this includes unlocking mini games. Go to the minigames list and u'll see a list of mini games, select the mercenaries game. Ur objective is to get a high star rank and kill as many enemies as u can (quickly) before time runs out. Once u've finished, u'll see ur overall rank and if u get a high rank, u'll unlock the special characters.

NO,NO,NO!!! i mean when you play as ashley or krauser in the NORMAL game instead of leon! ive seen a video about that but i dont know the cheat!!

THERE IS NO CHEAT FOR THAT!!!!!! U have to complete the game with LEON first! no matter wat video it is, u have to firstly complete it with Leon unless u have a gamecube!

Got the ar then complete the game on all levels and you will find that ceartain things will come to light.
