What time was it that you could go and break in the penthouse after finally getting the skill points i needed (thanks to this website) i forgot what time the clerk guy told me. PLease help!

I need help i have 2 mechancal skill points and i nedd 5 to break into the penthouse but when i change the time aliens apeear and i dont find the points please help its so confusing 🤔
