Yes!!!
Like when I used GS for Pokemon Emerald, it screwed up the game. It said that there was 0 pokemon in the pokedex and 8 badges. Then it glitched it yp really bad.
My advice: Don't use a gameshark.

Well, even if you use it correctly, there is no guarantee that your game won't be glitched up. There still is a very good chance that it will. The only way to guarantee that your game won't be glitched up is not to use a GS/AR.

Yea. Your game will glitch up a lot if you use a GS/AR!!! It has about a 95% chance it will glitch up your game. Don't use it if you love your game. It will screw it up.
