Go back to Garbage and meet with the guide, then go to Strelok's hiding place, there you will meet Doc and you'll get the info.

Many thanks for the info, stuck in the middle of the North Sea on a Gas Platform at the moment with a week still left to do before I come home but will look forward to giving it a go, cheers mate!
