its on the 3 island the little town uhh the brige too the right of the map at the end of the brige it show a little town it will show a red s on the map

u have to be on the 3 island and u will have to do it after u buy the abandoned airport its up the stairs it shows a red s where it is it is on the abandoned airport after u do it all the planes at the airport on the 2 island are unlocked and u get a poit licnece or just fly a plane 4 30 min and u will get a licnece it give u akses to all the airports now the gates will open on first island just put a car against the wall and go on the and jump u will jump over the wall but 4 the others u have to get a licence or get a plane from 1 isalnd and fly into another airport
