    Anytime during the game press L1, L2, R1, R2, up, down, left, right, L1, L2, R1, R2, up, down, left, right and then you should have the jetpack

    The first girlfriend of the game is when you do 'Officer Tenpenny's' first mission (Burning desire). The next you can only have after you unlock the Badlands and San Fierro, she's at the top of the Ammunation store in Blueberry. And the last one that I know of is in the Avispa Country Club in San Fierro right across from the gym.
