Like a fool I stashed all my food before heading off for Lake Yantar. Now I'm stuck down there in the lab and I keep dying of hunger. I did some saves on the way in but each of them have the exit blocked and I can't find any food. The only other saves I have go back a few to the barman. Anyone know where there is food in the lab?
U can find free food around mostly around a new fresh dead body that u just kill.... LoL
There is no food around the zombies bodies and once you have descended the lift shaft you cannot go back up - you have to follow the mission and exit the scripted way (according to Simalcrum's walkthrough).

I always find what I need on the enemy bodies(unless it's ammo, sometimtes I don't get what I want/need).
If you want to leave the place, just go to the place where you encountered the Controller and Ghost's body, there's a hole on the floor in the farthest room on the right, jump right in.
