on mt. cornet when u go through to the top theres a waterfall on ur way up to the top and i dont have the HM waterfall and i cant gat to the city were u get it because theres a guy in the way that says thers a blackout u cant pass so i need help cause this game is up

You need to get the HM8(ROCK CLIMB) When you get it you can get through him by surfing the walls that look like rocks are sticking out. To get it you have to get to route 217 close to Snowpoint City I hope you get it soon and how many gym badges do you have

just ignore it for now. theres not much up there. continue with the story until you beat the 8th gym and come back.
