Only armor can get reflect magic. A person can not. Go to the arcane university and charm it with a powerfull soul gem.

But rare and expensive. I know how to turn grand soul gems into black ones, but more to that a nother time.

yeah, all you do is find a necromancer alter with a light shining upwards and put empty grand soul gems into it and cast soul trap on it for each gem, then youll have black soul gems so you can trap peoples souls

And if you have a black soul gem ad kill someone with Umbra it's soultrap ability will put the poor guy's soul into the gem.
