hello, i am stuck in arcades (im sure i may have splet it wrong) i have got the 9 chop wood that i need to get the 'cab' to central arcades, but the next part is blocked off. how do i get though this part of the game?

Approach the Imperial, that will not let you through. Go back the way you came to trigger a cut-scene. Jules will arranged a location for when a certain message is given to the cab driver. Talk to the Cab Guide after the conversation and choose
