hi every body . i have bought resident evil 4 on dvd.but when i click on GAME icon to play ,i faced with an error that tell me computer could not find "d3dx9_30.dll" . so i dont know what to do . please send me an email if you know how to solve this problem this is ma mail : grandanhur@yahoo.co.uk

It looks like a directx file. Have you installed DirectX? If not, visit microsoft site and download DirectX 9.0c.

browse ur dvd. find directx folder then instal it hope it will work.

for this game and for a few other aswell.
this problem occurs and i can't seem to figure out why. the latest game i tried this on was heroes V. the file was missing on my workstation pc but my laptop had it installed.
there is a simple solution though...
go to www.dll-files.com and search for the file that was reported missing in this case d3dx9_30.dll.
download it... (it's free)
then unzip the dll and place it in the same directory as the game executable and there you go!
