Ryt well i found enuf mechanical points and broke into the pent house but weneva i go in he says suthin and puts me back in my room! Ive tried being the raticator and he does the same thing whats going on?

You will have to go in at a certian time: try to to it about 1 hour before 6.00 p.m.
