Hmm I think it is where the scientists couple lives. Can't seem to remember the names. I think the guys name is Loki. It is behind a door in his kitchen. It is password proctected & he comes running everytime you try to crack it. I'm thinking you have to find some secrets he is keeping from his wife. She will leave or something & he will be distracted - giving you the time you need to crack it open. Make sure your skill levels are high enough though.
