I wouldn't doubt that by Survivor Series both HBK and Jericho are back in the WWE

Tons of wrestling news has been churned out over the past few days so I'll fill you in on some of the top stories...

First off, yes John Cena is out with a torn right pectorial muscle and will have to forfeit the WWE Title, having already had the surgery Dr. James Andrews suggests that a six month to a year waiting period is in store for Cena to let the injury fully heal...he supposedly tore his even worse then Edge did.

That leads us to what there going to do for Sunday at No Mercy and who the new Champion will be. Many (including Vince) are in favor of Orton being the new WWE Champion but things are still very much undecided.

And yes it's official Chris Jericho is back in the WWE, he apparently signed a deal today with the company. No one really knows yet what his role is going to be right off the bat but he should be placed on RAW (mainly for his book tours on Mondays). But rumours are rampant still on what exactly their going to do with Chris, with Cena gone he's set for a top-tier spot on the roster now...we'll see what (if anything right off the bat) they do with him in the near future.

As much as it sucks to report this (as many of you know Steve has been and always will be my favorite wrestler) Stone Cold stated in an interview that he is completely done with professional wrestling and focused 100% on his acting career...in fact Steve is already starting to begin work on two separate movies.

That's all for today...if I hear anything else I'll drop a line here, feel free to discuss anything on the above

    Last Friday Night SmackDown!

The dark match saw Cody Rhodes beat K.C James in quite a boring match, lots of headlocks and arm drags. Cody finished James with a DDT.

The wedding was taped first tonight, and I will be the first to tell u it was funyyyyy. The ring bearer was like a little 3-4 yr old kid. He had stage fright, and did not wanna come out to the ring. His mom ended up carrying him to the ring where he had a wide eyed scared look. The second funny thing was when Kristal fell of the steps coming into the ring. I dont know if theyre going to edit it out or not, but everyone started laughing.

During the Rey Misterio Interview, JBL interfered and kicked Cole out of the ring, and went off on Misterio, saying he was a disgrace to this country, and this and that. i was sitting next to some Mexican wrestling fans to my right, and boy were they ****ed off.

During the Mark Henry and Batista main event Khali interfered, and ended up getting Batista in the ring. He gave Batista the choke bomb and the first one will definitly be edited off, because batista ended up jumping early and he slipped out of Khalis grip and he kinda just fell down on his back. Khali attempted it again, and finally succeeded.

After Khali stood over Batista for a few poses, lights went out and Undertaker came out. This was a tag team dark match having, Taker and Batista vs Khali and Henry. It was what you expected it to be, a punch and kick fest, with a ending of Taker chokeslamming Henry, and Khali getting spinebustered during the pin.

Interesting end had Taker grabbing the belt from the ref and holding it. Batista signaled to the timekeeper for the belt while Justin Roberts just pointed at Batista to look behind him and a staredown occurred for about 30 seconds concluding with the Undertaker handing the belt back to Batista...........nice little hint at No Mercy here.

Hacksaw Jim Duggan suffered an injury to his left leg.

Channel 2 out of Atlanta has an article posted with exclusive details from entries in Chris Benoit's diary. Below are some notes:

The photocopied first page of the diary is inscribed, 'To Christopher from Nancy,' with the date November 25, 2005.

All the handwritten entries are addressed to Eddie Guerrero, a close wrestling friend of Benoit's, who died the same year of an enlarged heart.

The entries also speak of Benoit's love and admiration for his wife, Nancy, and son, Daniel -- both of whom he killed in the weekend of June 22.

He spoke of the exhaustion, drudgery and loneliness of the road, but did not describe abusing drugs.

The diary was found in the trash outside Benoit's Fayetteville home shortly after the deaths.

"He was upset, very upset, about Eddie's death. He says in a number of places how much he loved Eddie and what dear friends they were. He also says at one point that, 'I will be with you soon,' so it appears as though he was having some thoughts about his own mortality," said Carry Ichter, Benoit's father's attorney.

"It's plain that he was depressed. It's plain that he was beginning to exhibit some of the signs of the dementia that's associated with the brain injuries he sustained because he talks in there about not being able to remember things," said Ichter. "Chris, at the end had become intensely paranoid, to the point that he would not take the same route to the airport on a consistent basis, to the point that he would not allow the family outside of the house."
