where is the eevee on Pokemon Diamond Nintendo DS Message Board - Page 1

Get the National Dex and go to the PC Creator's house.

You are all incorrect. You obtain Eevee by going to see a girl called Bebe in Hearthome City and she will give you one that is Lvl. 5.
