im at the point were i beat the first four gyms. i ant get to snowpoint city because its blocked by psyduck i cant get to sunyshore city cause its blacked out i cant find strength nor defog where are they! i need help

Strength: Lost Tower (Old lady on left, top floor) Defog: Great Marsh, when you enter the lady on the right
Get past the psyduck by going to the south east lake. Cynthia will be there; talk to her and she'll give you the Secretpotion. Pour the secretpotion on the Psyduck and they'll move.
You'll be able to get to Sunyshore city from there
